Attractions Attendant (Thrill Operator)
We are all about creating fun and memorable experiences for families and guests of all ages. We’re looking for enthusiastic Attraction Attendants who are passionate about people, entertainment, and ensuring our center runs smoothly and successfully! Attractions attendants are the crew members in charge of running one or more of our interactive attractions, including laser tag, mini golf, haunted shooting gallery, arcade, and bowling.

Basic Function:
Attractions Attendants play a vital role in ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at Thrill Factory. This position involves overseeing and operating our various attractions, including arcade, laser tag, mini golf, and themed escape rooms. You'll be responsible for maintaining safety, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all attractions are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests as they approach attraction with a friendly smile and fun acknowledgment.
• Assist guest awareness or questions on how to use attraction or game, clarify and enforce all attraction rules.
• Explain the attraction operation and rules in a fun, safe and encouraging way.
• Responsible for general cleanliness of all attractions, dining areas and restrooms.
• Operate and monitor attraction with safety and cleanliness as top of mind at all times.
• Refer to the individual attraction’s process manual for detail.
• Assist guests with any special requests or special needs. Safety first.
• Communicate with the supervisor any necessary repair and maintenance issues, ride inventory and supplies.
• Follow all procedures regarding safety, injury, and emergency situations that may occur while working your position.
• Be knowledgeable about all other attractions and facilities to respond with accuracy to guest requests.
• Report any misconduct of patrons and/or employees to management immediately. This includes stealing, damage of equipment/property, drug/alcohol use, etc.
• Execute your role's guest service performance standards on a daily basis
• Notice opportunities and take action to facilitate social interactions with families.
• Look for moments to surprise, engage guests with enthusiasm and go above and beyond using your own authentic personality.
• Create and perform your signature move and interact with guests on an ongoing basis.
• Perform other related duties assigned.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, often exceeding 4 hours per shift, and handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing up to 50 lbs

Experience:

• Entry-level position, will consider all applicants
• Experience working with children is a plus!
• Interest in gaming and entertainment

Education/Training:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• High school diploma required, some college preferred
• CPR and First Aid training a plus
• Background checks are required for all candidates before finalizing employment
